
USPCAS-W MUET BS Students Recognized for Award-Winning IoT-Based Air Quality Monitoring Project at IEEE YESIST12
We are immensely proud to recognize the outstanding achievements of our talented BS students from the U.S.-Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Water (USPCAS-W), Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro. Who participated in the IEEE YESIST12 event held at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, organized by IEEE SIGHT.
Under the supervision of Dr. Uzma Bhanbhro, Associate Professor at USPCAS-W, and Engr. Sanjay Kumar, Lecturer at IEEM MUET, BS Students Miss Aqsa Sayal, Miss Zoha, and Miss Rida showcased their innovative project titled “IoT-Based Smart Air Quality Monitoring and Purification System for Indoor Environments.”
The team presented a cutting-edge solution that utilizes IoT technology to monitor and purify indoor air by detecting and trapping pollutants, thereby contributing to healthier living spaces. Their dedication and the potential of their work to address environmental challenges, particularly climate change, are truly commendable. We congratulate them on this significant milestone.
