Training Sessions by Renowned Experts from the University of Alabama and the University of Nevada, USA

In a significant stride towards academic collaboration, U.S.- Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Water had the privilege of hosting Dr Steven John Burian from the University of Alabama, USA, and Dr Sajjad Ahmed from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, USA. This four-day training session was conducted under the Pakistan Higher Education System Strengthening Activity (HESSA) Project, generously funded by USAID.

The primary objective of the training was to provide both technical and institutional support, contributing to the University Partnership Countering Climate Change. This initiative aims to enhance the capabilities of multiple universities in Pakistan, empowering them to deliver top-notch, market-driven education and research.

Such collaborative endeavours underscore the commitment of USPCAS-W to foster global connections and advance the implementation of impactful projects.
