Awareness Session on Women Harassment was held on 15th February 2023 at U.S.- Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Water, Mehran UET, in collaboration with Girls Rescue Center, Jamshoro.

Dr. Tania Mushtaque, IBA, University of Sindh, Prof. Nabi Bux Narejo, Chairman, Criminology, University of Sindh, Ms Marvi Awan, Executive Director, WPC, Sindh and Mr Jahangir Ansari, DSP, Girls Rescue Center, Sindh were the Guest of Speakers and representatives from Girls Rescue Center, Jamshoro. Prof. Dr Kamran Ansari, Co-Director of USPCAS-W, MUET, welcomed all the speakers and distinguished guests. Dr Uzma Imran, Assistant Professor, USPCAS-W, MUET and Focal Person, Gender Equity Committee, briefed about the Gender Policy of MUET that provides equal opportunity to all females.

The session aimed to raise awareness among Women to end Harassment at the Workplace and Educational Institutes and ensure their protection and freedom of study and work.
