Mr. Shahzad Choudhary is an experienced and highly skilled Web Developer currently serving at the U.S.-Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Water (USPCAS-W), Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jamshoro. With a professional career spanning over a decade, he is a pivotal force behind the digital infrastructure and web presence of the Center. 

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Software Engineering from Mehran UET, Jamshoro, and is an Oracle 9i Certified Professional from Orasoft Karachi. Before joining USPCAS-W in 2016, he honed his technical expertise through various roles, including internships at Semience Karachi and the Sindh Mines & Mineral Department, followed by three years of dedicated service as a Web Developer at WamSol Limited, Hyderabad. 

At USPCAS-W, Mr. Shahzad is responsible for the design, development, and management of a comprehensive suite of web-based applications and portals. His extensive development portfolio includes the Center Website, Careers Portal, Admission Portal, Labs Portal, Learning Management System (LMS), Conference Website & Portal, Training Portal, Project Management Portal, Student & Faculty Information Portals, Hostel Management Portal, Timesheet Management Portal, and the Alumni Website. Notably, he also developed the Student Attendance System (MIS) and Feedback System for both campuses of Mehran University, showcasing his commitment to delivering innovative, high-impact digital solutions.
