Mr. Rajoo Menghwar is an experienced administration and human resource professional, currently serving as the Superintendent / Assistant HR at the U.S.-Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Water (USPCAS-W), Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jamshoro.

In his dual capacity at the Center, Mr. Rajoo plays a vital role in supervising day-to-day office administrative operations, managing official records, and supporting human resource functions. With his strong expertise in university administration and personnel coordination, he ensures the smooth execution of institutional procedures, facilitating effective communication and organizational efficiency across the department to support the strategic goals of USPCAS-W.
