Mr. Shahid Panhwar, Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist gave a comprehensive presentation about the Center\u2019s overall goals, partnership with the\u00a0University of Utah, and targets. Mr. Panhwar also briefed the participants about the procedure of seeking admission in the Center, the exchange & scholarship program, the on-going activities under its research component and engagement with various stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Ms. Uzma Imran,\u00a0Assistant Professor &\u00a0Gender Committee Focal person gave a presentation on Gender Equity Policy of MUET. She shared the policy objectives, achievements and the future action plans for gender empowerment. Ms. Hadiqa Maqsood, Assistant Professor USPCAS-W moderated the event. The event was participated by large numbers of students and faculty of Civil, Architecture, Environment, Urban & Infrastructure Engineering Departments.<\/p>\n
Dr. Shafqat Ejaz, Professor Department of Civil Engineering NED UET highly appreciated the outreach activity and gave closing remarks. On this occasion, souvenirs of USPCAS-W were presented to NED UET faculty members i.e. Prof. Dr. Shafqat Ejaz, Prof. Dr. Amanullah Mari, Dr. M.
